BM 3010 Mobile Brake Tester

The LINK BM3010 is an  above ground/mobile brake tester for light vehicles with axle loads up to 3500 kg and a wide range of wheel tracks. An aluminum enclosure houses large and easy-to-read analog and digital displays of relevant test data. The brake tester roller set is hot-galvanized, and can be installed either inside or outdoors.

Model T4-XY Spring Tester

The Model T4–XY Spring Tester tests axial and lateral loads of coil springs under compression. The T4-XY utilizes ProLINK software to provide signal conditioning for the inputs and display height, axial load, and the X- , Y– or resultant lateral load. The user is able to configure a display module which offers the capability to carry out our patented pass-through testing. Spring rate is computed automatically, and measurements can be displayed in either English or Metric units.

Model 1158 TO-4 Wet Friction Test Machine

The Model 1158 T0-4 Wet Friction Test Machine conducts tests for performance and durability of wet friction clutch plates, spacer plates and transmission fluids. This incremental inertia dynamometer uses the kinetic energy of the rotating mass that is absorbed by the reaction of a rotating friction disc and an opposing stationary steel plate. The operator can select test parameters and control modes, while displaying pertinent data and monitoring test data. The system uses the vehicle’s drive train lubricants as the cooling medium. Apply pressures are modulated to obtain controlled outputs in repetitive tests.

Digital SUL Unit

The Digital Squareness Under Load unit tests compression springs for the accuracy of grinding and to determine the true performance of a ground end spring when functioning at its operational load or compressed height.

Model 100 FAST Machine

The Model 100 Friction Assessment and Screening Test (FAST) Machine provides a sensitive and reproducible characterization test for friction material specimens used in the development of Brake & Clutch Linings. Design simplicity makes the FAST Machine a viable friction and wear tester for brake lining and clutch facing test specimens.
